The Cedar Lane – High Falls out and back route is a 17km direct route (or 34km loop) that takes you from Liv Outside to the High Falls Picnic Area. Here you will find picnic tables, as well as portable washrooms. Park your bike and walk down the short trail to the base of the falls from the picnic area. Steer clear of High Falls themselves, but you can swim adjacent the base at a small rock beach. The route has a total ascent of 142.6 m and has a maximum elevation of 305.19 m.
